Conversely, the phase-out of 3rd party cookies is expected to pose significant challenges, necessitating a transition to more privacy-centric approaches.
Similarly, in e-commerce, AI stands as a game-changer. An overwhelming 84% of respondents predict that hyper-personalization and AI-driven fulfillment optimization will be the key drivers of revenue increase. These technologies are expected to enhance the shopping experience, streamline operations, and ultimately boost profitability.
